I do have to say the manager who came over was nice, and took care of my exchange on a video game that had never been opened from it's package for a new video game. But in this case all she did was get defensive with me, and then said "whatever" to me after I said why are you arguing with me. I would hope that not all the customer service reps are this rude to customers, and I hope that she gets more training that the customer might not always be right to you, but you need to be friendly and professional. Wow I cannot believe how rude and awful I was treated by Shelley, in front of my 9 year old daughter too. I have to write about their customer service area tonight. Location is perfect!
